Ian Bartels is an experienced legal practitioner with strong advocacy skills and a proven track record for resolving matters in a timely manner. After a career in the library and information industry, Trisch graduated from QUT in 2014 with first class honours and achieved academic awards in the area of contract law. Trisch can assist you in a variety of matters having experience in criminal law, family law, succession law (wills and estates) and contract law. Trisch brings excellent research skills to the practice through both her previous profession in libraries and as an academic at QUT where she undertook research in the area of property law. Trisch can also assist you with consumer law and employment law matters

Claire works together with Ian and Trisch for all Wills and Estates matters. Having worked in the legal industry for nearly 20 years, Claire has a wealth of knowledge in various areas of law, in particular conveyancing, banking and finance and litigation. Claire’s main area of work at Ian W Bartels is in Wills, Estates and deceased estate property transfers. Claire also assists our solicitors in family law and criminal law matters.
